The sent the same eSIM to 2 activations
We were off on a trip to Morocco, I bought an eSIM for my wife and myself. Mine worked fine, but my wife couldn’t import the eSIM (some network provider error). She contacted JetPac and was given a confusing set of steps to follow, which didn’t work as it assumed the eSIM had imported, even their documentation says if you get an error don’t worry it will have worked. After a couple of days on holiday, I had an idea. So the eSIM is sent direct to the second party, so even though I purchased it, I couldn’t see the details. We compared my original email with hers, and they had actually sent us both the exact same eSIM, so after I had installed it, hers was never going to work, and as it turned the activation ID was assigned to my wife, so they could see it working, and hence unable to properly diagnose the problem. Anyway after my lightbulb moment, a quick email to Jetpac and they issued a fresh eSIM to my, which I had to give to my wife to get it working. Now in the app she can see my usage, and I can see hers. A little annoying but it is all working. 5 stars if they can fix their tech problems, but once we got over he hump, very happy with the service.
