Incomplete address on the parcel
I paid the postage over A$150 that was close to the cost of the goods I ordered. The address on the parcel missed my street name and the parcel was sent to a distant deport, some 40 odd kilometers away, where it was kept since 27/12/18. I had to make several enquiries and had to take half a day off today to drive down to where the parcel was kept. I feel really unhappy about the sloppiness of the way you handle the order causing me to lose time and money. Please compensate for my lost by a refund or credit voucher for the postage paid.
