This may come off as harsh but it needs to be said
This may come off as harsh, but I feel like I wasted my time and money with this company. The course cost is great but if you don't finish in time the extension is an additional cost, and there's only the option of 10 more days. I needed two days and it would've been more convenient to have a choice less than 10 days. Additionally, the process in totality is too slow. I don't read slowly, but the timer for each page lasted longer than it took me to read. After the introduction, I'm disinterested and distracted, and the system logs out due to inactivity. I don't think that would happen if the timer wasn't so long! Next, forcing someone to wait 24 hours to retake the final when the information is most likely the freshest immediately after is counterproductive. Regardless of the reason, 24 hours is way too long, especially when most people are answering a court order and need the results immediately. Lastly, the certificate isn't emailed or accessible once you pass. Reading through the FAQs, it's delivered "within" to 24 hours too! That could be 23 hours and 59 seconds! In 2023, the year of AI and electronic cars, this website is far too behind. Maybe that's why it's so cheap.
