My First 6 Months Trying Out Xiaomi Smart Phones Long story short: Bought Phone & Had Nightmare with delivery. Phone riddled with Adverts. Phone speaker broke after 1 month. Phone warranty process not straight forward. Replacement phone seems to be very laggy. Few months later rear battery cover cracked to a light drop. Asked if I could purchase a replacement rear battery cover from them. They wrote back basically say NO! and highlight very abruptly my: "Warranty No Longer Valid!" (because of a cracked battery cover!?!).. My first experience with Xiaomi has been very poor to say the least!... I will not be purchasing another phone from them again.
