An absolute joke!
An absolute joke. Worst decision you can make, is buy a ticket through this company. Impossible to get in contact with. Waited an hour+ for a response in the chat with “Eliza” who “joined the chat” but never spoke a word. I’m sure “Eliza” is overburdened with clients since the company is so horrible - now makes it a terrible experience for all parties involved.
