Faye keeps asking for the same…
Faye keeps asking for the same information over and over and when it is sent for some reason the "agent" does not accept it.. When one thing is asked for and sent somehow another piece of information is requested. Misleading on coverage. Never received letter delineating coverage. Claims are not processed. Save your money. Do not purchase Faye insurance. It has been about 2 months since my accident and filing and all I hear is just 5-9 more days
