Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service once i enrolled. I have provded my review 3 times but evry time turito team said we are working on your issue or conern but so far no response received. Also they are providing general response when we are giving any review. I have sent 7 reminders to the relationship manager Shagun Verma but no response on my query also her manger is there in the email but no response. No one is there to answer your query when you dialed customer care number. So dont get into the trap think twice before enrollment.
