I have paid for express shipping
I have paid for express shipping, I was given between dates of when the rings would be here. Now it’s over that time, I’ve also tried emailing twice at the times set by the company and have two automated responses and no proper feedback. Sorry but why offer express shipping when you cannot give the items in a good time, that’s £22.50 down the drain and still no rings or answers. I’m sure I will get them and love them, but why pay for the extra shipping when you don’t get them in the given time frame. I don’t think this should be a service that they provide if they cannot guarantee the shipment and no communication.
