Hopefully if you order often you have no problem but to first timers like myself I warn you what could happen. First off the condition of items were fine and in good quality so no problem there. But for cheque out be very aware of the fine print for duty/tax fees and best to check if they will be high based on where you live because I paid almost $40. On top of that 3 items were missing and when I contacted them I was told those items were out of stock. And yet! I wasn’t contacted before order went through and you best believe those missing items were still counted in the duty I paid for. Customer service also kept going back and forth with me, repeating everything I said making things very difficult. I write this review in hopes they change some things on their site because the items themselves were good but customer service was terrible and unreliable and so thusly costly. Be. Careful. Update: so as you can see I was finally contacted by someone who would take me a bit more seriously after I posted this review. After going through the same ring around excuse they apparently are always using, based on all the other negative reviews, someone over there finally returned not just my money for missing items but for the duty tax I ended up having to pay as well. But with the clear understanding it would be a one time deal and for me to fix my review too. As promised I’m updating the fact that the problems have finally been settled. Still though, the fact it takes me having to write a negative review in order to get things moving doesn’t bode well. I sincerely hope that things change and you take everyone’s complaints into consideration because the items you have did suit my tastes. The main thing they need to change is their habit of accepting money when they don’t send all the items. They need to contact customers before they ship out if there are some items not in stock. No excuses. Don’t except money if you don’t have the item!period.
