I lost a spacer for Farsports f1x…
I lost a spacer for Farsports f1x handlebar that came off whilst riding (that's probably not supposed to happen but I didn't design it) I was told I need to pay $45 for a new one, that seems ridiculous for a small piece of plastic so I wanted to know another solution. I found a review on another handlebar from the same company and they seemed to send it to him for free. Then they stopped responding to my email. Expected much more from panda podium but seems like they don't give one. Feel like I dodged a bullet after I was considering to buy a wheelset from Farsports and pandapodium if this is the customer service for a design flaw. I ordered the part after having no other option and they never sent it, unbelieve situation. Cant use the handlebar so I can't use my bike.
