Alighted on Alpha Smartphones after checking reviews on many others, (This was after terrible service from Quick Mobile, where they need up to 7 days to deliver a phone and then failed to do so, when I enquired, they cancelled the order and will take 14 days if lucky to get a refund - don't go near them). I had excellent service from Alpha and ordered two iphones 7 on separate days and each arrived the day after ordering, have now activated and loaded each with no issues and the condition of each is very good. It is too early to say about long the term use but I expect no problems and feel relaxed that if I do need help or a repair it will be sorted efficiently and quickly whether still in the guarantee or outside of it.
