Worst Experience.
Worst Experience. I have been booking from Mintfare from last 6 years. This time my parents got stuck and as anyone would be I was stressed and the operator girl advised me to Calm down or she will hang the call. Then I advised her that I would want to talk to a manager, she said there is no manager and even if you call again, I will still need to deal with her. Finally I was able to explain this situation to airline and they handled my case. Never book from these guys, just in case if things goes sideways then you might end up talking to someone like her. On a note, airport authorities told me that the agent should have give sufficient time between layovers for immigration. This thing should have been taken care by Mintfare as they are the expert not us as consumers. Update 15-03-2026 Got three calls from Mintfare, the person calling asked what happened to which I advised him, I told him to review the call and see what could have went more good. He said it was not a big deal. Like you are calling me for a complaint which you have not even reviewed the recording. Like how more unprofessional you guys can be. Do not call me and add me on a Do not call list. This is beyond stupid. Dont waste my time neither yours.
