They used to be good, Apathetic support, Disposable
Their products are great when they work. The support on the other hand is nothing more than a facade! Not unlike other Chinese brands this is a disposable product. We've had issues with a clients inverter and they wasted 3 weeks of our time stringing us along. They respond to 1 email per day. Sometimes they'll take a few days to reply. Always with generic troubleshooting! When the issue is isolated they'll simply exclaim "There's nothing we can do" Our latest issue was with an inverter that just stopped working "48v Inverter charger with MPPT". After we were told they couldnt help us we put the inverter on the bench and discovered it was simply a bad Zener diode. Since the cap was de laminated we asked them for a schematic or Component ID. They refused. This also points out that the company is not eco friendly considering they dont repair but instead encourage purchase of replacement. They do not have their users in mind!
