Very disappointed on their webcam
Very disappointed on their webcam! So expensive and bad! I was hoping their cam will be like their toys for people who work in webcam industry, but it was such a disappointment, the webcam has a lot of errors, the tracker stops working, or just start turning the camera left/right without even asking so if you work in webcam industry then expect to lose a lot of money with this webcam, not gain! They have no refund policy all they do is send you emails with steps or ask you to send them a video but no refund or warranty on this webcam! Like really i bought this cam to make more money not to lose or waste my time recording videos and try to sort it myself! Ridiculous and disgusting service, i sold my stuff to afford this webcam, and left in financial struggle suffering with depression as i explained to them I can’t waste my time or get angry and anxious but they didn’t car they said no refund warranty at all once bought that’s it!
