Very bad value
Purchased a pair of prescription glasses at end of April and received the glasses at the end of May (less than 2 months ago). Spent almost $300 for them. Also purchased the 2 year extended warranty. The frame has broken twice since then. They refuse to replace it the second time saying only 1 replacement per frame is covered. What is the sense of the 2 year extended warranty then? Oh and no phone number to speak with anyone either, everything is done thru email. Stay clear of this company with their bad business practices and lack of communication.
