Worldwide Stereo was very responsive with questions I submitte. I had ordered a subwoofer from Amazon and it still had not arrived after waiting for 25 days. I saw in my Amazon order that WWS was supposed to fulfill the Order and when I emailed WWS to ask about it, Amazon was still showing a "payment pending" status. Amazon never emailed me to tell me there was a problem. I canceled the Amazon order. WWS's price was the same, I was able to communicate with friendly people instead of a chatbot, and I received my subwoofer TWO days after placing the order! I will definitely order from WWS again! Great customer service, quick shipping, and the subwoofer is awesome!
