I couldn’t use my ticket due to undisclosed restrictions on luggage. When I attempted to upgrade my ticket with the rail operator I discovered rail ninja had charged me well above the face value of my ticket, and changes even to add services were not possible. I had to buy a completely new ticket. Rail ninja would not refund me and offered me a $23 USD voucher.
