Charged me $217 to fill out a form I can get for free from the government, then didn't even submit it! Form had no instructions like the government form does, and never kept me apprised of the progress! After two months of nothing happening, I filled out my passport application at the passport office and cancelled my application with express passport (express - really???). Cancellation fee - $125! $125!!! Stay away.
