A true test of a company’s values is when an order isn’t straightforward or if something goes wrong. In my case it was a non standard order. Dore & Rose went out of their way to find a solution and communicate with me every step of the way. What a lovely surprise to find a company that actually cares about their customers, sadly so unusual with most other companies nowadays.
