After you pay they just forget about you and your £360 order. AVOID.
I just had enough now! I have done my order. They confirmed it and 10 days later after heard nothing about the delivery I contacted them and found out they just forgot about me! I lost over a week with the customer services trying to sort it out às I need my items and they said they run out of that bundle. Refused to put things together and make one for me. In the end they convince me I could just get a partial refund for what was not there and re-order on current sale. But fact is that now it has tax on top so something that was £169 is now over £200! And it wouldn’t even have all the items in the bundle I originally order. I just decided to buy another brand elsewhere. If you don’t want to just waste your time AVOID transactions with this company.
