2* because at least they tried
I have ordered a Pokemon style card for Father’s day. It came a bit crumpled, the lamination was terrible, the edges were huge. Quite disappointing. (too bad i can’t upload pics) I left a review stating my experience. I was contacted by their customer service and they offered to redo the order if i take the review down. So i did. I have now received their “redo” order. And while the card looks significantly better, it is not my order. Not my picture, text or customization. Such a huge disappointment… I am giving it 2* because at least they tried.
