Customer support, Whats that? Better forget the word support and anything and all it entails because they are the ABSOLUTE WORSE "customer support" I have ever seen. Billions made in these micro-transactions, you would think they could afford to hire a couple people who actually care enough to even respond. Oh, they are ALL OVER people who rip them off, but guess what, that only goes one way because they have absolutely no problem burning you. Pathetic. The DMV looks like a shining star compared to the way these people care about they're customers. What do they care? How many billions have they ripped their customers off? Probably half their total worth comes from nothing but cheating their consumers, and making them buy the same thing numerous times, til they actually receive what they tried buying 3 months ago.
