Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life. I followed their instructions to a T. Installed esim in Ireland before I travelled, activated it as soon as I got off the plane in Beijing. Immediately noticed speed was terrible less than 1mb. Using WeChat or Alipay times out because it's so slow. Performed all the listed troubleshooting steps by them. Shows proof that on 3 days I used a total of 5gb. Always under the 3gb data cap. They insisted I was hitting the cap, so I waited until the 24 hours reset passed and contacted again. They gave me the same excuses. The problem is due to the iccid provided in the QR code not matching the one listed on my account. Spent three days explaining this to them. I eventually had to give up and pay roaming fees for my Vodafone network instead. Was super stressed, it ruined my holiday here. I strongly recommended to anyone to please avoid them.. They do not provide what they offer and they will not support you when you need help. They send canned responses ignore your concerns and close the chat.. contacted my bank to have a charge back issued for what they charged me, it's fraudulent Edit:For anyone stuck in the same predicament as me. I solved this by buying an esim from Holafly. I was only able to do so because my Vodafone esim actually bypasses the great firewall. I'm now enjoying full 5G coverage in Beijing.. Honestly is shocking how bad jetpac treat their customers. I have over 29 years experience working in corporate enterprise support for execs and directors etc and I can honestly say this is the absolute worst level of treatment in a support I have had the displeasure of enduring.
