They are the wrong company to deal…
They are the wrong company to deal with. I gave him my prescription and they talked me out of using the right prescription for my eyes and sent me contacts for prescriptions that they only have and said that it would be okay, when that was wrong. It made my vision worse because I was wearing the wrong prescription contacts for years. I ordered new contacts later on. Never received them in another order and told me that they were not gonna refund my money because it’s the shipments problem, so because of it, they don’t have to refund my money.???? This is not a professional company. I would go somewhere else that takes your eye vision serious.!!!!!As you see their response ??? I loose money out of this and I get no product? Don’t trust this company they are very untrustworthy!!!! They get to keep my money and I lose my money and get no product!

Not happy at all
Well, as you told me Pinky Paradise, that you had emailed me for an investigation on what I've complained about getting some contacts with not the right prescriptions, yet I went on my email and saw nothing from you. I'm very disappointed that you wrote this reply but didn't carry it out. I'm not a happy customer.🤨If I'm giving you my customer ID # You'd see that the email you’re going on, is wrong. I'll be waiting. Okay, I sent you my email to you. On here trustpilot won't allow me to show my email so I sent it with that customer ID number.DONT be fooled by this company go to an actual reputable place that actually has your prescription and not half a## it!

My issue is the perscriptions on these contacts
HiMy issue, is when I get a big order I notice the prescription on the contacts are not the same as what's said on the vials. I'll wear some and they're fine but others, I can't see right, cause I know it's not the right percription. This angers me. Especially cause I have spent well good $$ on these? Okay, so tell me how your going to fix this? The prescription is right, when I look on the vials, but it's when I wear them, I see clearer with some and the two I don't? Just hoping the next time I make an order, it won't be the same.
