Worst Customer Service, Does not ship product.
customer service @ 888-311-1866 is the most useless customer service ever. I think the IRS has better customer service than these guys. Placed a 10 battery order, just shy of $5K order, after a week of no tracking, getting the run around, every call is someone will email in 48hrs, I am fed up. Then trying to get someone to cancel the order and refund is a joke. Ended up calling CC company and getting them involved for taking money and not delivering anything. Litime should be spelled LieTime since that is what they do.
