I've been waiting for a package to arrive since the 28th April. I'm in the middle of a dispute now as the seller doesn't reply to any messages and the package hasn't arrived yet. The customer service team are doing all they can during the pandemic. Be patient with them. My mood is neutral with them at the moment but I now need to wait another 2 weeks on top of the last month n half of waiting for my item. It's very frustrating and very time consuming. After spending half of my wage on this package it has left me more stressed & unhappy with everything about DHGate. I'm scared to even buy anything else from there just in case anything like this goes wrong. Bare in mind that this was my first purchase and I've never used this site before which was recommended by a friend. I feel totally let down by the seller. If I don't get my refund, and this has happened to alot of people then I will make sure that this site gets shut down.
