FALSE ADVERTISING!
FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered a 40 inch, 100% human hair, single donor, 250% density, 13 x 4 HD lace wig on October 17th. They reached out via text to confirm my address and I asked when it would be shipping because I needed it for a client in a week and a half. I was then informed that the wig I ordered was out of stock. I asked why that was not indicated on the website. No answer. I was then presented with alternatives. None of which were what I needed; but because I was under a time constraint, I accepted the next best option. The link I was sent took me to a 40 inch 6x5 180% density pull and go wig that was not listed as single donor. It was much cheaper than the one I originally paid for. I asked if I would be getting the difference refunded. No answer. I got the wig today, October 22nd. WOW!! I was shocked at the terrible quality of this wig. It was thin, dry, split ends, flyaways, not jet black as requested, the knots were not bleached as advertised. The front hairline was bald in the center where the part is. The hair was dull and had zero shine like the pictures and videos on their website and Instagram. I was scammed out of $600! And because I won't be able to source an alternative, my client will not get the hair she wanted for her shoot and I don't get paid. When I confronted them with my dissatisfaction, they offered me a discount on my next order. Are you kidding? I will not be ordering from them again and you shouldn't either! All of their reviews on here and their website all follow a suspiciously similar outline. No punctuation, and they all say essentially the same thing. I have a feeling that the 5 star reviews may be illegitimate. Pay close attention to the 1 star reviews. That's where the truth is. This company has left me with the absolute worst first impression. If you value quality, looks elsewhere!!
