Disappointed
Hi I am reasonably happy with the service but when I booked my ticket I thought it was all with the same airline. Once I had paid I realised that the return was with an airline I have never heard of. I am disappointed as when I tried to contact cheap tickets.sg no one answered the phone. I have received nothing from the email I sent requesting the airlines PNR so I can contact the airline directly to upgrade our luggage allowance. I’m quite at a loss as to what to do next. I’m disappointed and won’t use again as too difficult to resolve issues.
