Another company that purposely don’t send email receipts or reminders about monthly payments as their business model relies on people forgetting about their subscription. A crafty company, I have wasted a lot of money and feel cheated. Subscription services that are upfront are much more likely to have return customers. I will never sign up again as the trust is gone. If your business model requires trickery, you need to look at your business. Cancelling was harder than it should be.
