Things are improving...
If only I could rate it a zero !!! (goose egg, nada, nill, nothing, 0) !!! I ordered a tree of life pocket watch and was delivered a complete different item! Customer service was UN-responsive. Buyer BEWARE !!!! Next Day: Made contact with customer service. Seems like it may be resolved. When actual item ordered item is received, I'll be glad to update this review to reflect that.
