They get one star because zero isn’t an option. SHEIN uses this company and they are horrible. I think they either ship empty boxes and say it’s delivered OR take what is in the box for themselves and mark it as delivered. Either way? I never got my stuff. Then to add insult to injury, the product I purchased are bogus. I reached out to Mary Ruth’s vitamins and they do NOT sell to SHEIN. Seems like SHEIN and JCEX might be running a scam.
