AVOID like a dose of Coronavirus
Ordered a jacket and using their size guide I would be a M. Having read others say they come up small I ordered an XL. When the jacket arrived ot was tiny, it's tight on my skinny 14 year old son. I contacted their customer service to request a refund and have been totally ignored. I put in a PayPal claim and Dreslilly offered me a £6 refund on the £36 jacket that is absolutely useless to me. Unfortunately PayPal have found in their favour so I am £36 out of pocket and stuck with a cheap-looking jacket that is of no use whatsoever.
