Products were not as advertised, horrendous customer service
Products were not as advertised. When I called I got the run around about a refund. Then the "CSR" hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. Third time I called the same person answered and I asked for a supervisor. He said there wasn't one. When I said I would dispute the charges on my credit card and post a negative review he hung for the the third time. I looked them up with the Better Business Bureau and their rating has been revoked and downgraded to an F for Advertising issues found by BBB and Failure to respond to 2 complaint(s) filed against business.
