Be aware of the hidden return costs. I bought a dress for approximately NOK 350. When I wanted to return it, I was informed that I had to pay around NOK 250 for the return shipping – more than 70% of the price of the dress. My main concern is not that I had to pay for return shipping. My concern is that this information was not clearly presented during the checkout process. Instead, it is only available on a separate return policy page that customers have to find and read on their own before placing an order. I contacted customer service several times and asked them to show me exactly where, before payment, I was informed that I would be responsible for these return costs. Instead of answering my question, they repeatedly sent the same standard reply telling me that I should have read all the information on their website. In my opinion, this is not transparent or customer-friendly. If I had known that returning a NOK 350 dress would cost around NOK 250, I would never have placed the order. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience…..
