This is a sham company and their customer service rep, "Norman, intentionally provided misleading information. They took my money on December 29, 2021. It's January 20, 2022 and the items have not yet been shipped. "Norman's" response to my requesting was that all items were already shipped out and in transit. Yet when I checked the link he provided, a label was created on January 10th but there's no indication that the package has been picked up. The package being picked up is a key step to the package being delivered. "Label create" is false progress. It's January 20th and no progress.
