Reference to my ticket cancellation
Update 9Mar2019: Thanks for the refund. I finally received the $ on 1st week of Mar 2019. 29 Feb Reference to my ticket (CSG-1817721) cancellation, my money has not been refunded until now... from Jan11 until today 26 Feb.2019...imagine more than 6 weeks and they cant even say what is their standard timeline for releasing refund. Here's what I was told by Cheaptickets customer service over the phone about my cancellation and refund: 1. I have to call the airlines directly and request for the cancellation and ask for the credit card 4 last digit where the airlines will refund the money. I DID THIS!!! GOT THE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS REFUNDED!!! 2. I called and emailed Cheaptickets since Jan 11... keep sending emails.. but the reply is not helpful... they said, " Please be advised that as we chasing the airline for the refund status, as we do not have any specif date when the refund will be processed. Kindly wait for an update. We apologize for the delay in response." 6 weeks and I have not received my refund.... NOT ACCEPTABLE..
