The only reason for 2 stars is because they did respond but they never solved the problem. I had purchase a film scanner from them. There was no damage to the packaging. The scanner didn't work. There solution to the problem. Get it repaired and they would pay for some of the repairs. Yes, that's there solution. !!BUYER BEWARE!!
