Why this dishonest company enjoying robbing customers.When there is a problem regarding an issue on the items I bought from them although I sent them pictures as proof.They don’t agreed to refund me .I have to go to their ticket number or case no:I can’t get through to their customer services.I’m not the only one who have problem with ROSEGAL company there are other customers who been through the same as me.There is a company called TEMU this is the best one each time when something goes wrong or you change your mind when you asked for a refund there is no problem at all .Once they received your return parcel they refund you straight away or you wish to be credited into your account.ROSEGAL is a scammer company be careful before buying from them.

Do not buy from them they are scammers.I place two orders for two dresses size M .I received one size S and size L one dress stitches started coming off on n the waist and the other dress one side is longer than the other side .I sent them pictures to prove to them with no response.It’s very hard to get through to their customer service.I sent dozens of emails.At last I received a reply they said they are happy to refund me in half and the other half will go to charity.I replied I do not wish to give to their charity as here in UK I contribute to cancer research.Since then I received no reply from them.Please be careful they are scammers.

I placed two orders for two dresses one…
I placed two orders for two dresses one of them the stitches on the waist starting coming off the other dress one length is longer than the other side.They told me I could keep both dresses and they will refund me half of my refund .I told them I am not happy with the dresses I want a full refund.And also it’s not easy to contact them their website is useless each time I entered my email and password it follow with an access code when I entered the access code 12 times it’s still not working.They make life very difficult for customers when there is an issue.I am very disappointed I shall make sure never buy from them again.The problem still hasn’t sorted out.I have sent them pictures for both dresses I got nowhere .Everyone out there be careful when you buying from them.Why do they give you a ticket for your enquiry and also there is a time limit you have to reply otherwise once the time is expired you have to restart from fresh .They make life difficult for customers when there is an issue.I’m getting no where from them.Once again everyone out there think twice before buying from ROSEGAL as I do not wish you to go through into same situation as me.
