Not a government site There is little indication up front that they are not an official government site or that they are just a processing service.They appeared very similar to the Canadian passport site layout so it was not immediately clear what was going on. They took billing information up front and charged immediately before I could discover I was mislead. I have been unable to get through via phone for hours now to cancel the transaction.
