It’s the worst experience ever I ordered shoeses size 37 based on the shoes scales after receiving the 3 shoes it was smaller than what they should be, so I proceeded with the return process once I finished I received a message saying that I have to pay for shipping costs which is not fair it was a manufacturer defect so I called the local service costumers and they were not cooperating as well this is bad I was expecting from a respectable company to take full responsibility and behave in respect way with there customers I think if continue with this policy you will go out of business Afaf al Hadid
