Litter box unit
We have the cat litter box. While it is a decent, although not without some issues unit, the customer service was very poor. I understand accents and English as a second language, but if communication is your job, the you need to learn to deal with it. Not talk over someone, not get upset if someone says " I don't understand" and not ask for multiple emails for support without even trying to work with people or solve the issue. At this point I just as well go back to scooping litter as the product is not doing as well as advertised.
