NO Fraud, matters are settled.
Fraud: problem solved. They cancel the order but do not return the payment. There are a few customers with apparently the same experience. On Dec. 26 th 2025 I bought gold bars and wired the price immediately to the account of Bullionstar at Citybank indicated in the order confirmation. I had a cash position at Bullionstar after having sold a silver position. There was a note that it was crucial to enter the order number. But with the link on their website for wiring payment, there was no possibility to enter the order number. And in the email it was stated, if the order number was missing, it was possible to process the payment nevertheless. Then I had an endless discussion with the support who never read my answers and always asked the same question: Who was the beneficial owner? And I answered time and again: YOU, BULLIONSTAR. Then I got an email, that they had canceled the order, with a wrong price. And my account now shows a minus in the cashposition equivalent to the price of the original order. Now on Jan 16 th my gold order was canceled. They had offered me to top up my account and fill the order by paying double the price. Of course I did not agree with it. Today in my account overview the "pending payment" has vanished and so has my money. Ig. they have stolen half of my investments. If you are keen on loosing you assets, go there. I can prove all my statements with screeshots. I think my only option now is to report that case to the police. UPDATE: I had accused Bullionstar of fraud in my last email.Today on Jan. 21st 2026 I received an email, that they have booked my payment back to my account at Bullionstar and bought the equivalent amount of gold, as I originally had ordered. So the matter is settled and THERE WAS NO FRAUD. THIS IS A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. The delays and misunderstandings were most likely due to an extremely high demand.
