Drone woes solved
Let me start by saying I did not buy my drone directly from DJI but from a local reseller. But when one of the batteries turned out to be DOA I thought I might as well skip the middleman and contact DJI directly. Getting in touch with them was easy but their policy meant I had to return my whole DJI Mini 2 Fly More Combo kit, but on the other hand they sent me a UPS return label and even included the name and address of the nearest place to hand in the package. Took a little while to get everything together and return it, could then follow it on the UPS website and the same day DJI received it in the Netherlands they sent me a mail to confirm they had received the drone package and a few minutes later they confirmed they were going to replace my package and ship a new one back to me. Later in the day I received an e-mail that the package had now been shipped and another from DHL comfirming it had been registred. A few days later the local postal service delivered the package at my front door and I am happy to say that everything works like a charm now. Throughout the whole process DJI support have been friendly and communicative, Wouldn't hesitate to buy another DJI product.
