Second to none customer service
Qidi make 3d printers , parts, and filament. Ive used their printers since the first qidi xmax, and even though I come across issues sometimes, what makes them stand out is their unbelievable customer service. Not only do they go out of their way to resolve an issue, if need be they send out parts for no cost of the part or shipping. If it causes too much downtime or stress at times theyve also sent out extras. Qidi are always curteous, pleasant , and understanding of issues that have sometimes occured . It doesnt matter if a company makes the most popular prosumer printers in the world (Im looking at you bamboo lab) if their customer support is sub par (Im also looking at you bamboo lab). No matter what issues or problems there are to overcome....Ill always go back to Qidi.
