The device works great and is helping my back problem. However, instructions that came with it are incomplete. Had to struggle to find how to work the device and still not sure to be getting full benefit. I called but had difficulty getting to talk to anyone. The lady I finally talked to said she would email additional instructions, but I never received anything.
