Excellent customer support I have purchased several EaseUS products, including EaseUS Todo Backup, EaseUS Partition Master and EaseUS Todo PCTrans, and I would like to share my recent experience with their customer support. I contacted support because I needed to transfer a license from my daughter's old laptop to her new laptop. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and professional the support representative was. He took care of the license reset and made it possible for me to activate the product on the new laptop. What impressed me most was not only the solution itself, but the attitude of the support representative. He was polite, patient, genuinely helpful and very responsive. My issue was resolved within 24 hours, which I consider excellent customer service. This is actually the second time I have received such helpful assistance from EaseUS support, and I really appreciate the fact that they take their customers' problems seriously. I have been using several EaseUS products and, based on my experience, I can confidently say that the quality of the customer support is one of the reasons I am happy to continue using their software.
