Generally Good Service
In general great servic, how they dealt with such a huge delivery schedule for the new U1 printer was outstanding. The top is delayed but very good communication so no real issue. Ordered separately a set of hardened steel hotends, hotend socks and a build plate. Hotend and socks arrived, still awaiting the build plate and had to contact Customer Service for approximate delivery of build plate which I’ve been told June/July which is poor.
