This company is absolutely horrible
This company is absolutely horrible. A while ago i ordered a cosplay for a convention, and it got lost in the mail because THEY had put the wrong address. It ended up being way too late for my convention to even be sent out again, even though i had ordered it in APRIL and my convention was in JUNE.The process of them trying to fix this was THAT LONG!! I was SO upset that i couldn't be the character i bought it for and i had to buy a bad last minute cosplay with the refund they gave me 3 days before the con. They had emailed me a coupon code to use on my next order for the inconvenience, and its only been a little over a year since this happened and its expired?? It should never expire if they gave it to me for them doing something bad and overall just being a bad company. Never buy from there.
