Item not fit for purpose, refusing refund
Goods purchased took 3 instead of 2 weeks when arrived all looked ok. Took dress out bits of material falling out of packet. It was screen printed not dyed so when stretched it became see through and seams were very poorly sewn. Coat was obviously for a person sized 12/14 not as ordered a size 20 although the overall quality of the coat was good. Customer services respond promptly but keep fobbing me off with Discount Voucher. I have 3 times requested a full refund to my Credit Card and returns label. So far none of these have been forecoming. Todays email is offering a £16 Voucher to be credit to my account and to keep the unusable and unsatisfactory not fit for purpose goods. Appalling all round.
