Vendor is very dishonest
Vendor is very dishonest, sent blinds that were not smart as ordered, motors are very loud and now I'm stuck with product that I didn't want. I originally went with them because they were very responsive but as we processed through the order and ultimately got the blinds effectively all my requests for the type and design were compromised.
